The scow Echo arrived in the river ; from Karamea last evening. When j approaching the lower wharf she took the ground and remained there, ali night. The Blenheim, from Wellington, was unable to get past this morning and missed this afternoon's tide. It was expected that the scow would be refloated at 4 p.m. , j
