[press association. ] (Received. S.epi. 19,8,10 p.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 19. There was an extraordinary scene .of disorder-in the Assembly to-day. Mr Storey called the- Premier's at..tectioia to Speaker Willis having addressed & meeting of his -eonstituentsj when he called Members of the Opposition a band of ruffians. Mr Storey asked the Premier to ascertain if the •statement.«had, been made, and if so •to protect the:honor of Members. ,The Speaker xuled the questions out ijoi order, on the ground that he could not taie cognisance of what appeared yin the Press. _ . _ The Oppositionists persisted, but hoik the Speaker and Premier de.clined io : answer. _ Mir Cohen irose and repeated the q.uery^ ■ , The Speaker . vrepeatedly cautioned > him, and-evehtwally ordered the Sergeant to remove Mr Cohen. The Oppositionists surrounded Mr Cohen and refuseS. to allow-him to retire, resisting the Sergeant and messengers who came to his assistance.
