SEDDON STOCK SALE
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company report holding their usual stock sale at Seddoii yesterday. Tlxere was only a, limited yarding, and the attendance was not up to the usual number, and a general slackening-off was noticeable. They quote sales at following prices:—Fat ewes, medium weights, 7s; ewe lambs /s 6d; wether lambs 6s. A private sale cf half and three-quarter-bred ewes, 4, 6, and 8-tooth, mixed, which were not yarded', was made at 10s. Owing to the dog trials and the races, the Company's usual Blenheim stock sale will not be held next week Their next sales will be held at Blenheim on Wednesday, 10th May, and at Seddon on 17th May
