MR FISHER IN REPLY

[PBESS ASSOCIATION.] (Eeceived March 2i, 0.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 20. Mr Fisher, in continuation of the referenda campaign, addressed a monster meeting in the Town Hall, the Lord Mayor presiding. The speech was largely a reply to Mr Deakin's criticisms.

Mr Fisher challenged' the objectors to the referenda amendments fo convene another conference and frame a new Federal Constitution.
