WELLINGTON, March 14. The new stamps, for the Dominion, designed by Mr Bertram MacKennal, will bear the representation of King 'George and their denomination' in Arabic numbers: They will be the same color as the present issue. It is not yet decided whether there will be any -change in the design of the higher valued stamps. The designs will be approved by Sir Joseph Ward in London.
