BOYS' MATCH

From.the roll off Wellington missed a good chance, but continuing the attack Tullett scored a nice goal. In play again Fitzgerald saved nicely. Some pretty passing between Baldwin and Morris allowed Tullett to score again. Marlborough were up against a strong wind, and the visitors continued to press, and Hill added a third goal. Bottreli made a good run. which resulted in Wellington's securing the first goal kick of the match! Curry pushed the goalkeeper through, and the score was disallowed. After the halftime Wellington attacked strongly, but the home forwards got nicely away and O'Brien beat Nimmo with, a nice shot amid great cheering. Another attack was cleared by Baldwin 2 who kicked across to Tullett, who again shot, but the kick, was saved in time.
