HAVELOCK.

Tuesday. At football Havelock played Canvastown on Saturday last. The visitors claimed to be a scratch team, and that was probably why they had no show from start to finish, the Havelock team defeating them by 20 points to nil.
On the whole the interest in football appears to be increasing, and we may expect some more interesting matches in the near future.
