CARS ROUGHLY HANDLED

[PRESB ASSOCIATION.] NEW YORK, March 9. The stoning of Philadelphia cars was resumed yesterday. A strike-breaker was wounded, whereupon other strike-breakers riding on the same car fired revolvers. The crowd then wrecked the car.
