DOCKYARDS FLOODED WITH
WORKMEN

BERLIN, March 9. The Reichstag adopted the Navy Estimates.
In reply to the Socialists, the Government declared that there was no justification for any general increase m wages. The Imperial dockyards were flooded with workmen, and private employers complained '"bitterly of the introduction of the nine-hours day in the Imperial yards.
