WOOLCOMBERS CEASE WORK
[press association.] (Received March 9, 11.15 p.m.) LONDON, March, 9. Seven thousand woolcombers have struck work.
Gangs of striker* visited the woolcomhing works at Bradford and Shipley, and in every- case succeeded in inducing the operatives to cease .work.
The employers have asked the operatives to meet them in conference.
