OTTAWA, Jan. 3. Mr Rotlin, Premier of Manitoba, expressed the fear that changed' relations would ensue between Britain and the Colonies if Socialists were nominated for the British Parliament. Though it was a delicate suoject, the Colonies ought to try to avert'a great misfortune.
