THE OHINEMURI APPEAL
NAPIER, April 24. Asked as to the likelihood of an appeal in the case Cock and others _v. the Attorney-General and Mr Justice Sim, Dr Flndlay said that no doubt the matter could be taken to the Privy Council, but he could not say what attitude the Government would take. Although he was nominally a' defendant His position was -merely a formal and technical one.
