Latest Constantinople advices state; that the Government unconditionally, accepted Shevket Pasha's demands, including the formation of a Cabinet? and the election of president of the Chamber conformably with the law and the constitution, the discovery; and condign punishment of the promoters of'the revolt; the reduction ofi the garrison to four ■battalions, and; the enlistment of police and' gendarmerie in Constantinople on th<jf Macedonian model. ,V
