NAPIER, June 26.. At the Supreme Court to-day, in the civil suit George Edwards ( v v George Priest, a claim for specific performance of a contract to sell a section, Mr Justice Cooper held that there was absolutely no evidence of authority on the part of the agent,, and though the case entailed, great hardship Se must non-suit the plaintiff, with costs.
