Waller, charged with seven breaches of the Bankruptcy Act, the' Judge recorded a conviction, and ordered him to appear for sentence when called upon, adding that he would be called on when he appeared for his discharge, when all the.facts of his having failed to obtain his discharge from' his first bankruptcy and contracted fresh liabilities would be thoroughly gone into. / NAPIER, June 20. In the Supreme Court to-day William Newberry was sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment for assaulting with intent at Dannevirke.
