AUCKLAND, April 18. Northern Champagne Stakes.— Aborigine 1, Master Soult 2, Diabolo 3. Scretched : Bonikoff, Waimangu, Santa Rosa, Gold Lace, Rarata. Aborigine rushed to the front after a furlong had been traversed, and was never afterwards headed, winning by a length' and a half. Timej Imm 16 4-sth sec.

Easter Handicap.—Gold Crest 1, Veronica 2, Dawn •3. Scratched : Golden Eagle. Soultline led to the distance, where Gold Crest took charge, and stalling off a strong run by Veronica, won by threequarters of a length. Time, Imm 40 sec.

Victoria Handicap.—Gipsy Belle 1, Diamond Star 2, Jena 3. Scratched: Santa Rosa. ' Won by three lengths. Time, 1 mm 3 l-sth sec.

Nelson Handicap.—Epsom Lass 1, Auldearn 2, Mark Time 3. Scratched: Crispess and Tua Kitna. Won by a head. Time, Imm 29 3-sth sec. Tramway Handicap.—Miss / Winnie J, Wauchope 2, Noteorini 3. Scretched : Loch Buie, and Lady Robina. Won by a neck. Time, Imm 2 2-sth sec.

Eden Handicap.—Maheno 1, Taitoko 2, Loch. Buie 3. Scretched': Celtic and Miss Winnie. Won by a head. Time, Imm 28J sec.
