INVERCARGILL, April 15. Frederick Nekal, a Russian settler at Drummond, committed suicide ioday by shooting himself wit;h a gun, which he fired by a string fixedito the trigger. His head was almost completely blown away. The cause of the deed was despondency upon receiving a summons for ill-treating his children. !
