THE HAGUE, Sept, 20

The Dairy Congress has recommended the nations represented to prohibit the importation of butter from countries not accepting the obligations regarding substances mixable with butter, or not possessing efficient controlling organisation, able to secure purity of butter.

The Congress has also recommended the prohibition of butter not provided with a State guarantee mark.
