MR J. BARY'S FARM.

TOn Saturday next iMessrs Griffiths and Son will offer for sale by public auction .Mr J. -Gary's fine property situate just beyond Renwicktown and consisting of 265 acres of first-class agricultural land with a good homestead . The crops already sown go with the property; the purchaser will, therefore, get an early return with a minimum of expenditure. This farm has for years produced some of the finest samples of barley, oats, and chaff in the Wairau plain, and has many times topped the market with these commodities. Its productiveness can be readily guaged by the fact that a few weeks ago 470 sacks of po-tatoea-—a splendid sample too—were dug from three acres of land. As potato crops as a rule are light this year the return is fairly conclusve as to the excellent quality of the soil.
