FINANCING TEAMS.
[press association.] (Received 'July 25, 0.14 a.m.) LONDON, July 24. Mr Buchanan, Financial Secretary to the Army Council, replying to a question by Mr Courthope in the House of Commons, promised to inquire whether the Colonial Governments granted a separate allowance to noncommisioned officers and men composing representative shooting teams visiting England, but stated that the National Rifle Asociation would bear the entire cost of the visit of the British team to the Colonies.
