SOUNDS DEFENCE EIFLE CLUB,

The Sounds Defence Rifle Club held the first competition for the Ladies' Cup last Saturday. A south-easterly gale made good shooting impossible. C. Godsiff, with a score of 73 and a handicap of 20, leads. Following are the scores:—
