WORSE THAN FOOTBALL.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —I have noticed there have been several letters to your paper re the dangers of Rugby football as it is played at present. But I might add that those dangers' fade into insignificance compared with the dangers the Seaview pejjple run on account of a farmer in the neighbourhood keeping a vicious bull, which defies all fences, and so is allowed to run at liberty about the roads to the very great annoyance of passers-by. I suppose the owner will not dream of troubling his head until it kills or injures someone. One usually has to put up with a lot in the country, but this is just a little too much. To my mind a person who cannot look alter such annuals should not bo allowed to keep them. Hoping something will be done in the matter. —I am, etc., | STARBOROUGHITE.
