[press association.] (Received March 14, 1.17 a.m.) BRISBANE, March 13. There are great floods at Barcaldine and Blackall. At the latter town there are four feet of water in the main street. Residents were rescued by boats. ■ Twenty-six inches of rain have fallen during, the last few, weeks. The flood is still rising.
