BUSINESS NOTES.
An advertisement- appears in today's issue inviting the members or the Church of England, Seddon,-to attend a meeting to bo held in the church on Monday next at 3 p.m., to make arrangements for the annual social. F. W. Adams has been appointed local agent for the "Samson" windmill, which has a reputation for strength and reliability. ' ' '.' For the purpose of advertising the New Zealand International Exhibition, handsome " stickers " have been issued, which may be affixed to correspondence. The latest issue is a very pretty Kiwi design. An errand boy is wanted for town. J. Morris has a new business announcement in this issue. An experienced waggon-driver and a good ploughman are offered good wages. To-morrow, at 1.30 p.m., E. F. Healy will sell at his yards horses, sheep, cattle, pigs, vehicles, produce, and sundries. Entries for Levin and Co.'s stock sale to be held at Okaramio on Monday next (L. Griffiths, auctioneer) appear in this issue. Mr Henderson, the representative of the Dresden Piano Company, is now on his annual visit to Blenheim. Special terms will he offered by the company for ten days, and those in want of pianos or organs should write for particulars of the hire-purchase system. A magnificent stock of instruments is now being exhibited at the local agency of the company, Messrs Grifliths and Sons, High Street. During the sale the premises will remain open every evening until 9 o'clock.
