PROPOSED LOAN.

At a meeting yesterday the Harbor Board decided by 5 to 3 to introduce a Bill in Parliament authoring a loan for the extension of the harbor. It also set up a committee to readjust the boundaries of the electoral wards. The loan proposal is to borrow about £150,000, spread over six years, so as to give accommodation for ocean vessels.
