Frets Association. Electrte Telegraph. Copyright. Napier, Jane 20. # The Licensing Committee met this morning to consider an application for a conditional license for the Park races. The Rev. Miller stated that the Com mittee had decided to deal with all such applications on the same lines. If they granted this they could not consistently refuse others. It was pointed out that the Park Clab had drawn up a programme eleven months ago in anticipation that it would derive the usual revenue from-the booth privileges. After argument, the question was adjourned till Monday,
