Nafieu, April 15. At the Waipukurau Gun Club's meeting yesterday, T. Parker, E. Groome and P.. Hunter divided the first prize, and the first named won a valuable special presented by Mr Gorrick. Auckland, April 15. A married woman named Mary Ann Wilcox, of Parnell, was arrested on a charge of abandoning her male child under two years. It is alleged she gave birth to a child on Monday.
