MESSAGE TO THE GOVERNOR.
The Acting-Premier is advised by His Excellency the Governor that His Excellency has received a telegram from the Secretary or State for the Colonies, dated 25th June, as follows :— "Operation on His Majesty the King successfully performed, and this morning's bulletin states that considering all the circumstances be is progressing favorably. All Coronation festivities in London have been abandoned except the King's dinner to the poor and other charitable entertainments."
