CENSURED COMMONERS.
London, February 11. His constituents passed resolutions censuring the attitude of Sir Edward Clarke, member for Plymouth, over the war, and Sir Edward has resigned. The eleotors at Caithness also passed a vote of censure on Dr. Gavin Clark for a similar reason.
