London, February 11. Mr Hales, Westralian war correspondent, is also missing m tbe reconnaissance by colonials at Colesburg. The Boers at Colesburg are not surrounded, but hold the whole of tbe northern Colesburg district, extending m a semi-circle east and west, and present a strong thirty mile front, with a full line of communication with tbe Free State.
