Bingbam, one of the Judges of tbe Queen's Bench Division of the High Court of Justioe, has given judgment m favour of Lloyd's Bank against Mr Horatio Bottomley, the wellknown speculator, for £10,856 damages, with respect to a worthless transfer of shares which had been lodged with the Bank as security for an overdraft.
