VICTORIAN ELECTIONS.
IN FAVOR OF THE LIBERAL PARTY. [united pbbbb association.] Received October 15, 9 a.m. Melbourne, October 14. The majority of the election returns are incomplete, but so far as shown they have gone generally m favor of the Liberal party, Ministerialists polling heavily, Mr Gillies, ex-Agent-General, was elected for Toorak by a large majority. The Labor party lose two seats, m Frendergast and Barrett. Returns to hand point m the direction of old members being largely returned.
