THE PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE. [UNITID PBEBB ASSOCIATION. 1 Pretoria, May 6, President Kruger's message to the Yolksraad indicates that it is intended to bring down measures dealing with the education question, but makes no reference to the grievances of reformers or concessions. He attributes Dr Jameson's raid to malevolence. He announced his intention of establishing two Consular agents m Germany. Sydney, May 7. The Cabinet discussed the proposal of the Premier of Hobart that a joint cable be sent to President Kruger urging clemency for prisoners, and it was decided to take no action m the matter,
