MASONIC GRAND LODGE.
4 [united press association.] Chbistchuuch, October 14. The quarterly communication of the Masonic Grand Lodge of New Zealand was held for the first time at Christchurch last evading, R.W.G.M. Bro. H. Thompson President. There were officers from the North and South Islands, aud a large number of visiting brethren. A considerable amount of routine business was transacted, including consideration of the proposed constitution. A vote of sympathy was accorded Bro. E. T. Gil.on, G.J.W., m the serious illness whioh prevented his attendance.
