CHINESE LARCENIES.

(united press association.) Timaru, June 8. Two Chinamen, one a tea hawker and the other a cook, have been arrested for a series of larcenies. Large quantities of stolen goods were found m their house, chiefly stolen from the Criterion Hotel, where the cook had been employed. Prisoners were remanded.
