The whole secret of success, the whole seoret of failure m all walks and conditions of life are based on those potent words. Ask the millionaire the secret of his wealth, and he will tell you he accumulated itby acting promptly and decisively at the vital moment while other lesg successful men doubted and hesitated. So m other walks of life ! We suffer pain ! We get a chill for instance, neuralgia or perhaps rheumatism sets m, and m this case the prompt and decisive man instantly applies the far-famed St. Jacobs oil, and the pain and trouble is ended. On the othefhand the hesitating vacillating man can't make up his mind what to do. He has heard of the marvellous and speedy cures effected by St. Jacobs oil, lie has seen m the daily papers the authentic testimony of scientific men of repute to its virtues, but he thinks that perhaps it might not suit his particular case ! ! Of course he is m agony all this time, and what is worse his aisment is becoming complicated.
