BREACH OP PROMISE CASE
(AUCKLAND " STAR.")
Several days ago we referred to the fact that a breach of proraiae case, possessing various interesting features, was likely to come before the public at an early date. Additional facts have since come tojlight, and we now understand that proceedings have been instituted m the Supreme Court for the recovery of £200, which is the amount claimed. The case ii not likely, however, to come oa before the October sessions of the Court. |
