BEWARE!

To the Editor of the Marlborough Express. Dear Sir, — A question appears in a letter of your last issue wherein a “Ratepayer” seeks for information of which he is more cognisant, or ought to be, than any other person in Blenheim. I trust none of your subscribers will fall into the trap laid for them, as the object of the, enquiry is merely intended to set people by the cars and make mischief, as the same august individual has done before to satisfy his naturally splenetic character. He is very fond of writing to the papers to achieve this end, and the, signatures he affixes are as various as his subjects—sometimes political, sometimes fatherly, but always spiteful.—lam, &c.. Caution.
