NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to his Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by John Charles Stovin, of Coromandel, in the Colony of New Zealand, praying for the grant to him of LETTERS PATENT, under the Seal of the Colony, for the exclusive use, advantage, and enjoyment of a “Triple-action Grinder and Amalgamator,” for the more complete reduction of auriferous ores, and the more perfect extraction of the gold therefrom. And notice is hereby further given that all objections to the granting of such Letters Patent must be lodged with John Boyle Bennett, Esq., Registrar-General, at Wellington, in the said Colony, (being the person appointed for that purpose under the Patents Act, 18 0,) within four calendar months from the publication of this notice, subscribed with the proper name and address of the person so 'objecting.
