NOTICE is hereby given, that on and after the 11th day of July next, the provisions of “ The Cattle Trespass Act, 1867,” will be enforced on my land, being Sections Nos, 16, 29, 30, 32, part 1 of 33, 34, Omaka; also on Sections 23, 24, 40, 41, 42. 43, 77, 79, 81, 82, 83, and 84, Omaka: And I further hereby give notice that it is my intention to claim damages for Cattle trespassing on the said land, and upon such portions thereof as are fenced or unfenced, together with driving fees. N OTICE is hereby given, that there is NO RIGHT OF WAY through any of my paddocks at LANGLEY DALE; but for the present I am willing for persons on foot and horseback, to pass through the same until further notice, on condition that they do me no damage, and shut the gates after them ; it being understood by so doing that no right of way is given or dedicated to the public, and that persons so passing will do so on sufferance only. Notice is hereby further given, that without my special permission first obtained for that purpose, no person or persons will be allowed to drive any Dray, Cart, or other carriage, or Stock of any kind through my paddocks, or over other my lands at Langley Dale; and that in case of any person or persons so doing he or they will be considered wilful trespassers and treated accordingly, as the law directs.
