HENRY DODSON will sell by public auction at his Mart, on SATURDAY, the 18th day of June next, All that piece or parcel of land, situate in the Town of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, in New Zealand, being part of allotment number 453 on the plan of the said town : bounded towards the north by a line running at right angles from Grove road, until it meets the Omaha river; towards the cast by the Grove road, 20 feet; towards the south by allotment No. 454 ; and towards the west by the Omaha river.
