NOTICE is hereby given, that on and after March 24th next, the provisions of the Cattle Trespass Act, 1867, •will be enforced on the lands of Newman and Mitchell, Omaka Yalley, and I further hereby give notice that it is my intention to claim damages for Cattle trespassing upon the said Lands, whether fenced or unfenced, together with charges for driving such Cattle.
