I THE undersigned, hereby give notice ? that it is my intention in one month from this date, to claim Damages and driving Charges for all Cattle found trespassing upon my land, being part of Suburban Section No. 114, at Kaikoura, whether fenced or unfenced, under the several provisions of “ The Cattle Trespass Act, 1867.” Saul Cob.
