TROUBLE IN SERVIA.

LEAGUE OF THE "BLACK HAND." COUP D'ETAT EXPECTED. BT SLECTBIO tfELEGBAPH.—COPYRIGHT. *»BB XJNIT7ID PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received January 29, 8.40 a.m. BELGRADE, Jan. 28. The newspapers 'Tribune' and 'Novosti' both detail the activity of officers of a league called the "Black Hand," who demand the dismissal of the Radicals op King Peter's abdication in favor of tlie Crown Prince. IiMB alleged that the agitation arises from'the political and material condition of the country. Many young officers connected with the 1903 movement are concerned in the plot. The situation is similar to that of 1903 and a coup d'etat is expected. The Crown Prince is now separated from the League. In 1903 King Alexander and his Queen were assassinated by army officers, and Peter, of the house of Karageorgich, was called to the Throne. To mark its extreme disapproval the British Government immediately recalled its Minister there, and diplomatic relations were not renewed until 1906.
