Forsyiho was charged at the Police Court to-day with having sold alcoholic liquor to Lawrence MeGill on March 'J. Th«.' accused stated that ho gave the men hay rum instead oi whisky and charged them tho amount named for it. The magistrate said that ho was not satisfied with tho evidence, especially that given by Hayes, and he dismissed the case.
