Lieut.-Colonel Collins (Finance member uf the Council of Defence) in an interview stated that on October 29, at Rand wick, tin- Sydney Jubilee meeting ot the National Rifle Association oi New South Wales will he held. In honor of the fifth anniversary of the association this will be an exceedingly largo meeting and a big addition to ordinary prize money will he made. The executive council has invited teams from all other parts of the Empire, including New /Zealand. Great Britain,] Canada and India. If the oversea teams | accept the invitation if is the intention of the executive of the New Zealand j Association to invite the visiting teams! to come to the Dominion as well as Australia and the usual March meeting wili in that, case not be held. This will mean tli'il over tl'O marksmen will come over as representative;; uf teams alone.
