Hackett, solicitor, who was fined .to by .Mr Dyer, 5.31., on February 9 tor contempt of Court (in declining to sit. down in Court when requested by the magistrate (o do so), was arrested by the police this afternoon for not having paid the fine. _Mr Hackett was taken to Mount liden Gaol, where he was examined for iny distinguishing marks and had his weight and heiglif taken, besides being required to deliver up the contents oi his pockets.
