Wild, of Niagara. .Miss Steele headed the list with 5i(S marks, and she secures the scholarship awarded to the pupil who, attending a school having an average attendance of over 10, gained most marks. Miss Wild, with -l'sO marks, stood sixth on the list, and was entitled to the scholarship awarded to the pupil who attending- a school having an average attendance of not over -10, secured the most marks. The awards were made conditional on the requirements of the Act complied with.

Coming to the Senior Board Scholarships, the Board decided, in conformity to the usual practice, to award three, and in this case the scholarships all go to country pupils.
