GORE. Monday, Jum 22. (Before Mr S. E. McCarthy, S.M.) In the maintenance case Bishop (Mr Bowler, with him Mr Henderson) v. Waikaka Forks Dredging Co., claim £ll6s.—Judgment with 5s costs, Wright, Stephenson and Co. (Mr Bowler) v. P. Mcßorje, claim £ls 12s.—-Judgment with £1 10s 6d costs. Annie Walsh (Mr Inder) y. Chas. For the defence evidence was given by the defendant, the Misses Fanny and Lizsfie Mitchell and Mrs Mitchell.—judgment was given for plaintiff for the full amount with costs of court Gs, and solicitor's fee £1 6s. The court then rose.
