O'Brien said he bad his teams and they were not mortgaged, but if he (Mr Brewtr) was afraid, he (O'Brien) I would give security. Witness heard notrrng j of anything belonging to the boy until just before the meeting of creditors, John UacCHbbon also said he was led te believe the teams were O'Brien's, and asked him especially about a black mare worth L 25 to L3O. He heard no word of any team belonging to the son until just before the private meeting. There was some disousßion following, and thereafter Mr Brewer referred to land on the name street line which twelve montbß ago wab under offer at L4Q per acre. Mr Henderson eaid that price conld not now be got. Mr Brewer, continuing, said that if Mr O'Brien had tried to meet the creditor) they would have assisted him. He moved that Mr Mac Gibbon be appointed supervisor in the estate to act with the At sign en. The motion wa9 seconded by Mr Metcalfe, and after some discussion, in which Messrs' Henderson, Brewer, Metcalfe ani Mac Gibbon took part, the motion waa carried and the meeting was adjourned sine die.
